My system has problem resetting,how can I solve it

    Hi, this can happen when the Recovery volume is corrupted or WindowsRE was created with an older Windows version like after a clean install of Windows. Try the Alt+F10 method (see below) and if that fails too you have to boot your PC with a Windows Recovery drive that has a recent version of WindowsRE on it. You can make this on another PC with an updated Windows version same as your PC. Inset a 10GB USB2.0 flash drive in the 2nd PC and in Windows type Recovery, takes 45 minutes to make:

    Isert this boot drive in your other PC USB2.0 port and boot to BIOS with F2, move the USB drive to the top of the Boot Devices list and press F10, boot again normally (without F2) and you should see the blue WindowsRE screen, select "Reset this PC".

    Alt+F10 method: reboot and as soon as you see the Acer logo press Alt+F10, that should give the same Troubleshoot menu as above.
