predator triton 500 Gpu can't reach full speed when overclocking

So i have a predator triton 500 laptop that i use for gaming and a few months ago i reinstalled windows 10 on it. It ran perfectly for a while but now i noticed severe frame drops in every game no matter the game's graphic settings. I have updated every driver and windows itself and still no difference. The only thing i could notice that was different was my gpu clock speed in the predator sense app (i use turbo mode whenever i'm playing). It constantly shows 930 MHz no matter the setting. It only increases slightly whenever i have a game on (to about 1800 MHz max) but it still doesn't reach full clock speed.

I have searched online for some answers but can't find anything clear and i would be very grateful if someone could help.

Hi, Triton 500 PT515-51? This laptop can run Windows11 23H2 that you should install as Windows10 will not receive Quality updates anymore just security updates. If you want to download the W11 23H2 version, read this: https://www.winhelponline.com/blog/download-older-version-windows-iso/

First of all, which version of Windows did you install? Windows 10 21H2 or Windows 10 22h2. If you installed Windows 10 21h2 and then received updates in the background, unfortunately the problem you are experiencing is normal. These problems are especially present in Windows updates in 21h2.

If you installed Windows 10 22h2 and you should not install the latest version of your graphics card.

Please send me your graphics card version and Windows version. Then let's go to the solution.

The biggest reason why the problems are not solvedis if someone who says there is a problem with the GPU says; If I change the case, will the problem be solved? That's the whole point! The concepts are different! We should not go off topic.
