As first when I bought it fresh from retailer, my NitroSense have a feature where you can adjust the battery mode including the battery optimize, blue light protection, etc. … . But later, my laptop felt into a Windows error and when it got recovered, I reinstalled all drivers and applications, but when I check the Nitrosense, this feature was nowhere in sight. However, another problem I encounter is when I am using this Nitrosense, the temperature of the CPU and GPU are higher than usual. Before the windows error, my laptop is around 35-38°C degree Celsius, but when I reinstalled the new Nitrosense, my CPU and GPU temp seems to be higher around 40-45°C degree. Please help me to recover the Nitrosense.

Hi, I think you are referring to AcerSense and Acer Care Center that have a Blue Light filter and battery "Optimizing" options. Windows has a Night Light feature that does a better job and there is no such thing as "Optimizing" or "Training" a battery (a myth). Leave the Power Adapter plugged in 24/7, and the battery charged to 100% at all times. I don't recommend using Acer Care Center and don't try to limit battery charging to 80% in Windows11 23H2 as that adversely affects Modern Standby (booting and resuming from suspend problems) and reduces completely unnecessarily your battery backup by several hours. BTW. 40-45°C degrees temperatures are ideal for this laptop model.
