Got my new Swift SFG15-72T ( 185 H , 32 GB Ram).

I noticed it fan ran high and made noise while I put it on charging. I am not using it for any gaming purpose.

How to prevent it? I placed it under balanced mode.

These are common symptoms with the Swift laptops, as they are high spec laptop and they do run hot and their fans do come on often, but if the fans have a different noise to just a spinning fan noise and you hear a bearing noise, then that is unusual and should not be happening and you should send/take the laptop to Acer support. Fan spinning is usual with these laptops but it should NOT be happening consistently and always, if that happens send your laptop to Acer support and get them to see what is wrong.

Also make sure that you have the Win-11 24H2 version installed and all the windows updates installed then install the last bios version 1.14 for this laptop, as doing all this and setting up these laptops is crucial to their performance. Good luck.

When charging there is more heat generated in the laptop, which tends to run the fans faster. What temperatures are you seeing when charging and when not with the same level of activity?
