My Acer Nitro AN515-52 that has a problem with the graphics card, where no matter how I try to fully wipe and re-install it, I keep getting the error "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)". The strange thing is after I install the driver from the NVIDIA app, it says that theres an update available for the same driver again and I can repeat the process as many times as I want. As soon as I restart the computer though, it gives me the error again. I noticed also that my BIOS version was not on the latest version and tried updating as well but it won't let me. It runs the Insyde Corp program, but after the computer restarts, it doesn't update and just goes back to the login screen. Now I am running windows 11, which was said that this computer is compatible, but noticed when looking for the BIOS version that only a windows 10 version was available. Could that be the reason for the driver failing? I did try re-instillaing windows 10 a few months ago and still got the driver error, but I never noticed then that my BIOS wasn't up to date. I tried almost everything and I'm losing my patience. I really hope its not a hardware issue and there is a way to fix this.
