Does changing the refresh rate to 60Hz solve the issue?

  • It's a hardware-related issue, probably due to a loose display cable, which can be caused by the opening and closing mechanism of the laptop's lid. You should visit the nearest service center for diagnosis and repair.

In case the service center finds that the GPU is failing, which is rare, it may not be cost-effective to repair it, and buying a new laptop would be a better option.

If your laptop is still under warranty, contact the seller and get it fixed free of charge. This problem is caused by bad LCD.

Screen flickering in Windows 10/11 is usually caused by a display driver issue or incompatible app. To determine whether a display driver or app is causing the problem, check to see if Task Manager flickers. Then, based on that information, you'll need to update, rollback, or uninstall your display driver or update or uninstall the app.
