    Hi, you can test the fan with a multimeter, if any of the plug contacts show resistance (Ohm) that changes when you turn the blades the fan may be OK, these fans are very cheap ($15) and easy to replace (DIY): CDS Parts - Acer Aspire A514-54 A514-54G Laptop Cpu Fan 23.A24N2.001

    I have the same laptop from 2020 and had to replace my fan already after 2 years (noisy busted bearing). After removing the fan check the exhaust grill in the heatsink it will have accumulated a thick layer of lint and dust that you have to peel off with tweezers.

    Thanks 😀

    I already have installed a new fan....

    But the themps are still wayy to high (91+) and i want to find a female header for it so that i manually can control the fan speed

    (Yes i know it maby is not the best idea but all fan control software are not working)

    @Weouter

    If the temperature is high, you can try to change the thermal paste (Kryonaut or TPM7950) for better heat transfer. I know that there is a custom board for the PS4/5 that can manually adjust the fan speed. Don't know if there is one for the laptop fan.

    Please remember to include @AnhEZ28 when you want to reply back to my comment so that I can check your response.
    Thank you and have a nice day!

    If you need a new fan for your Aspire A514-54G laptop search the web or go on eBay and use the bottom Acer part number, also those plugs are sold on eBay and they are very cheap, so look there.
