I just got a new 31.5" Predator X32 X Gaming Monitor - X32 XBMIIPPHUZX (UM.JXXAA.X01)

The drivers and firmware page does not list any firmware updates for the monitor, but about ever hour I get a message in the monitor HUD:
___________
Warning Message:

The monitor will automatically turn off and the LED light will flash during this process. Please note this process will take 6 minutes to complete, after which the monitor will restart.

Press 'Yes' to proceed.
___________

I have selected yes 5 or 6 times now.. but it keeps coming back.

Anyone else deal with this before?

Contact Acer support in your country as this is a specialist firmware that needs to be installed and we don't have access to it and/or any service guides on the X32X monitor directly from Acer. Contact Acer as they may have a workaround for this problem. Install the X32X driver v1.0 that Acer has and see if that will fix this issue. As all we can give you is what Acer has available, and they don't have a firmware file or any information for the X32 monitor. Good luck.

Thanks for the reply, I had installed the driver prior to posting even.. I did contact support, after being asked to wait they asked me to power cycle the display... Unfortunately, while I was waiting on their reply I got caught in a meeting and they dropped my chat... I need to follow up again and ask what to try next.. since that did not work.
