Hi, check that you have the latest BIOS version installed, Acer released recently fixes for excessive battery draining by the Windows Modern Standby protocol and make sure Windows11 23H2 is updated to version 22631.4541
Uninstall Acer Care Center and disable accSvc and accAgentSvc in Windows Services (stop and change the Startup type to Disabled in Properties and click Apply). Don't try to limit battery charging as this adversely affects Windows power management, does not prolong battery life and reduces battery capacity in case you need to rely on battery only during power blackouts. Also running on half battery power will trigger system throttling greatly reducing performance and can even cause system crashes, so keep the power adapter or USB-C charger connected 24/7 and the battery fully charged to 100% at all times. There is quite a bit posted on this topic, browse this forum if you want to learn more about the battery longevity myth and why Acer removed the 80% battery charge limiting feature from latest Acer care Center programs.
