I f i remove the stickers like the "144hz" one under the monitor and the one near the touchpad make me lose my warranty? And what about the intel and nvidia stickers?

Hi, If you upgrade just RAM and/or the storage drives, disconnect the battery before touching anything inside, don't strip the screws or remove any other components or break other seals, your warranty won't be voided in the USA, SE Asia and in most other countries, but it remains always at the discretion of Acer Services to accept major repairs like a new motherboard under warranty or decline a claim, some countries like Singapore adhere more strictly to the Acer Policy that states breaking any seal will void the warranty, if you worry ask Acer Services in your country to do the upgrade/repair that you plan 😉

If you mean the top cover stickers like for the cpu type and/or NVidia sticker and the other sticker on the front cover, then its a NO, but if your laptop has a warranty sticker from Acer and you open the back up and remove a warranty sticker inside, then the laptops warranty will be voided. Good luck and hope this helps you out further.
