hey so my predator with 14700hx , the cpu is pulling like 95-100W during gaming and reaching 98-100 degree which was causing some issues …….so i was on turbo mode with fans on auto……..when i switched my fans on maxx…the temps went to 85 degrees…….so is the temps normal and i should be using the fans on max rpm, or just give me solution .

( note: bios version in my laptop is still 1.12 when 1.14 is available for update)

Try to avoid the higher Turbo mode as that mode does tend to peak this laptops temps to its max designed temps. Also, the 14th Gen Intel cpu has issues with instability and high temps as it is, and unfortunately Acer hasn't got a bios fix for this cpu as yet so be aware of that also. But the Predator Helios Neo PHN16-72 laptop is designed for its cpu temps to reach as high as 110C and gpu temps as high as 95C before the laptop turns off, so you shouldn't have any problems with gaming and/or your laptop reaching those temps, if you setup the laptop properly and do the below things.

What I suggest is that you make sure that you have the last version Win-11 24H2 installed and all its updates to OS build: 26100.2454 (which is the latest as of 30th November 2024) and also run the last bios version 1.14, install the NVidia GeForce Experience software and play all your gaming through this software and also make sure that you have a multi fan gaming tablet cooler that also assists in reducing temps on these laptop by at least and a max of between 10-15C, do all that and you should have a very reliable and high end gaming laptop. Good luck and hope this helps you out.
