Hi, I don't recommend installing Acer Care Center or using it as that app is poorly written, hangs in Windows11 and can cause power issues, it also runs constantly at the background draining your resources. Open Windows Services and stop the following services, accSvc, accAgentSvc, nsSvc and psSvc, Right click on these services and select Properties on the Context menu, change the Startup type to Disabled and click on Apply and reinstall NitroSense.

Good Day Puraw and Thank You !

I found accsvc and disabled it as you stated. I could not find

    accAgentSvc, nsSvc and psSvc

    in services.

I then used revo uninstaller pro to uninstall both programs, looked in program files and program files x86 for leftovers and nothing, and then run ccleaner and then did a restart and then reinstalled nitrosense 3.01.3028 from acer support website for my device. Now I see it installed in program files but it isnt accessible thru start menu and when i right click on program executable within program files and run as administrator it still wont open. Is it best that I just forget about both of these? funny thing is they both used to work?

hmmm what changed? - all i can think of is a windows update that now prevents them from working

Also kinda liked how acer care center used to limit battery charge to 80% but I guess ill live without that now correct?

    Thanks again !
