Predator PH16-71 - Won't start up unless connected to mains, no "beep", does not show any images.

Hello.When turning on the computer, the message "input not supported" appears. There is no "beep" in the BIOS, and it does not show any images. What could it be? The monitor is FULL HD 75hz. I don't remember which version of my HDMI cable.

    Go to the elevated command prompt. Enter 'powercfg /batteryreport'. Then return to the desktop. Open file explorer. Then search for' battery-report.html' in the c:\windows\system32\ sub-folder. Double-click to open it in the browser. Post screenshot of the first part of the report if possible.
