what is the mode selected? These options are generally available only in user/custom mode and not available in default/standard modes.

Thanks a lot axxo, in fact i think that the uwa5 wifi usb key of my dwx1910 is not working. Though i bought a new projector, when i plug the wifi key and switch to the wireless mode only the ssid name is shown in the menu without a password, and my tablet/laptop don't detect any acer's ssid name in the wifi devices scan and detection which led me to conclude that this wifi key is defective. What is your opinion ? May be there is something to activate like for the activation of the usb port out (the usb service port of the projector needs an activation off/on to ).

the previous problem is solved. Another question raised, does the acer wifi key uwa 5 works with all acer projectors that have a usb port because i know that the usb port available in all acer projectors is a service port to supply power to external devices ? So it's like we need a dedicated usb port for the original wifi key otherwise it will not work ?

thanks for answering karma, i confirmed that what i have said in the previous message was right. the projectors equiped with a dedicated usb port for wifi like the dwx1910 can receive the original wifi key of acer, but the acer projectors equiped with a service usb port only can't, the only roĺe of the usb service is to power external devices.
