Device warranty voided due to SSD upgrade, Acer services refuses to repair

Hello, I purchased my device with serial number NHQH1EY001XXXX on the date of receipt 06.03.2024 from "www.amazon.com.tr". After the product was delivered, an SSD upgrade was made to the device. On 20.11.2024, the device did not start. On 22.11.2024, the device was delivered to Turkey Acer service SMS Infocom company. Today, 27.11.2024, an authorized person from the service said that the device is out of warranty because an SSD is installed and that a repair will be made for a fee and that a fee of 43680 TL is charged and this device is currently being sold new for 37000 TL in Turkey. Your company has previously stated in your forums that the device will not be void of warranty with SSD and RAM upgrades. Acer Turkey service does not repair the device because an SSD is installed. I am waiting for your help on this issue.
