I have an Nitro 5 AN515-47 with windows 11 home ver 23H2 , in this computer I have 3 Users(desktops) One mine (admin) and 2 for my sons, this week the mouse cursor disappeared for no apparent reason, on the 3 users and the initial menu, (the cursor is not showing I can located with Ctrl and click over things, is just invisible) Wat I have tried:
Update the drivers, Uninstall the drivers reboot and let windows handle It, reinstall drivers
TouchPad | Touchpad driver | ELANTECH | 2022/05/25 | 13.6.20.2 | 2.53 MB | Descargar |
---|
TouchPad | Touchpad driver | Synaptics | 2022/05/25 | 19.0.25.11 | 657.38 KB | Descargar |
Restore windows to las update that worked.
Update windows
Update bios 1.15
Scan for virus
Check and reset to default all configuration and settings for the mouse
After this I manage to semi recover the cursor, now I turn it on, and I initially have no cursor then login to my desktop (admin account), still no cursor, then log out again and then I have the cursor, but only in 2 of the 3 accounts, as soon as I login the 3rd account the cursor disappears, after this I have try to boot just with windows services, no succes.
In this point I'm stuck, I don't want to do something that involves losing my configurations or any other program for me and the other accounts ( don't want to set up everything again)
Hope somebody have figured this out before.
Thanks in advanced
