So my page up button doesn't work, i've tried to use it with the function button or any other button like shift or alt, i've tried everything and it doesn't work. I tried using Powertoys from microsoft store but it worked only sometimes. What am i missing?

Hi, programs work differently with the keypad Page and Home functions, did you press the Num Lk key right under the Power Button? BTW, Powertoys won't uninstall completely, I tried to uninstall it but there are still remnants left in Windows registry.

It's not the numlock, i already did that.

What should i do? Im sure it's not the numlock, and every key combination doesn't work, not even changing my keyboard layout/language.

To resolve the issue with your page up button, first ensure that Num Lock is turned off, as the page up and page down keys are sometimes integrated into the numeric keypad and won't work if Num Lock is on. Sometimes, third-party software can interfere with keyboard functions, so try uninstalling any recently installed software that might be causing the issue. If the issue started recently, you can try performing a system restore to a point when the page up button was working by going to Control Panel > System and Security > System > System Protection > System Restore. Testing an external keyboard to see if the page up button works can help determine if the issue is with your laptop's keyboard hardware. Additionally, go to Device Manager, find the keyboard under Keyboards, right-click it, and select Update driver. Running the Keyboard troubleshooter can identify and fix issues with the keyboard by going to Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters. Finally, ensure your Windows OS is up to date, as updates can sometimes fix hardware compatibility issues.

Try to go to a keyboard tester website, does that key work?

You might have probably turned on "Mouse Keys" by accident it is an Ease of Access feature, follow the steps below

Open Ease of Access center by clicking the Start Button → Control Panel → Ease of Access Center
Find "Change how your keyboard works" in the list of options and click it
    Uncheck "Turn on Mouse Keys"
Press OK to apply the setting and close the window.
