Predator Helios Neo 16-laptop is not turning on, on battery but only turning on when plugged in

My new Acer Predator Helios Neo 16 laptop will charge the battery fully when it’s plugged in and turn on, and the battery will last decently once it’s turned on, but if I shut down the laptop it won’t turn back on unless plug it back into the charger.

Keep in mind once the charger is plugged in the laptop can be turned on and it will charge normally and hold a very good charge, I can turn it on while plugged in and charge the battery but if it’s shutdown and not plug back in it will not turn back on unless I plug a charger in it.

The laptop's battery could be faulty and you need to replace it as soon as possible, . Just ensure you get an original battery that works well with your PC. There you have everything you need to fix the laptop won't turn on without the charger plugged in issue.

Try this power reset: Turn off the laptop, disconnect the charger, and hold the power button for 15 seconds.

Just update BIOS. I was frightened when it happened to me. Then a guy from acer service helped me and now it turns on with battery instead of how it was only turning on only plugin in mode.

download drivers from forum on a pendrive and open it like how you enter into new os installation and make sure to have laptop plugged in through all the steps. Just refer some videos on youtube for better clarity
