Screen Replacement for Acer AL1916. Is it possible to obtain a replacement screen?

I bought an Acer AL1916 from Goodwill, and it's working pretty well, but there is a black blob of dead pixels in the top left corner. I did not see it until I got it set up, because the monitor did not come with a cable so I did not get to test it at the store.

Is it possible to obtain a replacement screen? I do not mean a replacement monitor, just the screen part.

There is no information on this old Acer AL1916 monitor, there is an iFixit guide so look at that, as we don't have any information on this monitor as Acer has discontinued support for this monitor a long time ago. You will need to search the web for a screen or buy a new monitor. Good luck.
