Aspire 5 14-The Charger makes a screech sound and then gets turn off. What to do?

Hey, I got a computer 8 months ago and I don’t know when but at some point, it started screeching when I plugged it in though it still worked so I didn’t care but now it only works a few seconds before stopping the charge what do I do? (let me specify it’s a Aspire 5 14)

    Hi, is your laptop model Acer Aspire 5 A514-55-36NK? and you are posting in the Nitro gaming category? You can claim a new adapter from Acer Services in your country as there is a 1-year warranty on adapters and batteries.
