How to make XZ0 XZ320QU Monitor's refresh higher currently 144hz instead of the 180hz supposed to be

I recently bought an XZ0 XZ320QU Monitor and it has a big problem. It's refresh rate appears to be stuck at 60hz. I tried messing with it in my computers setting and anytime I upped the refresh rate, it would cycle through the 3 inputs and just act like it had no signal when it the dp input it started on. I looked at the monitor's settings and the information tab shows that it has a 60hz video frequency. How can I get it to go higher?

Also the GPU is what handles refresh speed sent to the monitor. What one do you have?

I have an RTX 4060. and I can tell it's not my gpu because my second monitor is running at it's 240hz max. The monitor I'm having problems with is running on my display port and the other on an hdmi, I tried switching that aspect, and yet it only allows the first monitor to run at 144hz (instead of the 180hz it's supposed to be on) and the second one still runs at 240hz
