AN517-is not turning on, while playing games the FPS dropped drastically& performance issue started

A year and 10 months are ago I bought my AN517-54. Never had any problems.

However, about a week ago while playing a videogame, for some reason the FPS drastically dropped and my fans, despite normal temperatures, started spinning at maximum speeds. It happened completely unprompted and since then anything asking of even moderate performance from the computer is almost impossible.

Now today, I did light university work on the computer until the battery ran out. Upon charging, I tried turning on the computer and the battery LED went off and the lightbulb LED started flashing which it persistently does every time I try turning it on.

My questions: what's the cause of this, what is this and how long would this take to be fixed in warranty?
