Acer Aspire AL14-51M facing daily Windows Crash IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

Hi everyone, i have a Acer Aspire AL14-51M and that i bought 2 month ago and the first month it was working fine but now everyday i get the BSOD:

the stop code: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

which happens pretty much every single day, i checked online and they said it can be a faulty memory so i tried to do a test on the memory and it showed no errors, i tried to repair windows and check health CMD commands and no errors were found either, i even reset the windows thinking it can be an issue with windows OS itself but the day after it, i got the same error.

can someone help me out please or should i just send the device to service center.

    First update your Aspire AL14-51M to the latest Win-11 version 24H2 OS build 26100.2314, as this update will install all the latest compatible drivers for your laptop and should stop this stop code error. Also, update the bios to version 1.07 and install the patch firmware version 1.7 that fixes LCD problems, as all this could fix that code error.
