Hi !

I got my Acer Nitro Gaming Controller Wireless 1 day ago.

Today for the first time I started playing game through it using my Bluetooth and suddenly it turned off and never turns on again. I played for only 30min. After that I thought maybe there is something wrong with cell batteries. I replaced them but nothing worked at all. The controller never turns on and no light whatsoever. I plugged in using USB wired connection and still no response at all. Then i thought there might be some wrong with data cable and plugged phone in and the cable was working. Please help me in this regard.

What is the model of your console? As we don't get many questions on consoles so really we need to look at its service guide to give you any answers, best is to contact ACER in your country or phone their tech support to get an answer. Good luck.

Gaming controllers may stop connecting due to various common issues. These include low battery power in wireless controllers or damaged cables in wired ones. Wireless signal interference, outdated drivers or firmware, and physical controller damage can also disrupt connectivity. Software updates on consoles or PCs, improper syncing, USB port problems, and controller settings can contribute to connection problems. Interference from other nearby devices and environmental factors like extreme temperatures or humidity may affect performance. Additionally, the age of the controller can lead to internal issues.

Also Make sure your PC always runs the latest version of Windows 11 by navigating to Windows Update in your Settings app. Here, you can turn on automatic updates or manually check for updates. Enable Windows Hello for Secure Sign-Ins Windows Hello uses biometric data like facial recognition, fingerprints, or a secure PIN.
