I purchase Acer Swift 3 (SF314-512) in November last year(3 years extended warranty as well). In September this year, the display got a flicker in the bottom right corner, which was concluded as manufacturing defect on September 28 and a case was registered, shockingly, they could not manage the spare till 9th of November and I had to call continuously, they picked up my laptop on 9th and promised to return within 2-3 days, surprisingly, it took them 10 days to replace and screen and then on 19th November in the morning they told that camera stopped working and windows needs to be reinstalled, I told them to deliver the laptop to me as it is and I will see, as the laptop is in 3 years warranty, I can file complaint if it doesn't work after updates. I stopped them from reinstallation because I had important data in laptop and they said they can not back it up. I got the laptop delivered with the new screen but non working camera(which they said they have replaced the wiring and camera module, it was working perfectly before they submitted it). I updated the laptop and the camera started working(IDK why they could not do this). But I saw so many scratches and a small dent in my laptop body, which is really not acceptable after such a long delay in replacement and delivered with a fault. Before submitting the laptop, there was only one 2mm scratch on the lid and no other scratch, I kept it very clean. And now my laptop looks so bad. Who will take charge of this and I took this laptop after 12-13 years of trust in this brand and now getting this service after spending so much money, I am completely dissatisfied. I don't know whether it will be solved or just sit around. Attaching some pictures for reference. Dent and major scratch in pic 2 below second Thunderbolt 4 Type-C port. And some of the scratches in Pic 1, there are other scratches as well.
