Nitro V 15 Not turning on after closing lid.

Hello everybody, i'm having this issue on my Nitro V 15 i5 RTX 4050. I have the laptop since start of august. Now i recently bought a tv and now i have this trouble that when i close the lid and let it more than 2 hours closed (if it be closed less than 2 hours the issue doesn't happen!) the laptop just don't wake up!!

the lights on the keyboard show up, Caps lock lights are unresposive, i tried waiting a few minutes, and this laptop just don't wake up in this situation.

I feel worried all the time when forcing shut down,

First i thought it was a problem cause i usually turn off the laptop screen when using tv, but this now is happening even without using the tv.
WHat can i do?

Hi, this is an issue with Modern Standby in Windows11 23H2, the laptop goes in Hibernate mode and wont wake. Update the BIOS there have been new releases recently with EC updates and also make sure Windows is up to date, Disable Fast Startup and Hibernate in "Change what closing the lid does" and "Change settings currently unavailable". If that did not help you may have an issue with the lid switch (Hall sensor), take the laptop to Acer Services in your country to check and clean that sensor.
