How do I access my Acer Swift laptop if I can't remember the PIN.

How do I gain access into my new new Acer Swift laptop, it wouldn't sign me in with my finger print, it requires my PIN and I don't remember what the PIN is.

We on this forum can't guide you on this matter with any password hack, as its forbidden, you will need to search the web as there are specific guides on how to do this or if you can't then take your laptop to Acer Tech Support in your country and get an Acer technician to gain access to your laptop the legal way. Hi, select "I forgot my PIN" and follow the directions (see Asus link) to verify your account and create a new one, if you used a Microsoft password for the Windows User Account you can use that instead of PIN or if you forgot your Windows password, you can reset it online at Microsoft Support with your e-mail address. If none of these methods work, take the laptop to Acer Services in your country to reset the system to factory default for a small service fee.
