A515-57-77CA crashes when plugged in at full battery

Hi, bought my new Acer Aspire 5 only 3 days ago and it works well on only battery.

When plugged in, when it reaches full battery it just crashes. The Wi-Fi icon also turns into the 'no connection' icon, which is also interesting. Another thing that is interesting is that when it is crashed, if I turn of the mouse-pad with the Fn key and forcibly reboot it (which is the only option), the mouse-pad is actually turned off. This means the computer got the order to turn the pad off while it was seemingly crashed.

Not sure what's happening. I updated drivers, the windows updates. Also tried the disable/uninstall power adapter drivers. But it keeps on crashing on full battery.

Do you think it's a hardware issue or Windows 11 issue?

I could just turn it in the store as it's on warranty, but it'll likely be taken to repair for ~30 days or changed with a new one - and apparently this model was discontinued, so I wouldn't like to go through the process of choosing a new laptop again.

    Just to be more precise about the issue:

    The laptop does not crash when plugged in AND charging;

    The laptop crashes when it reaches full battery AND still plugged in.

    It also crashed when I changed a Youtube video to 1080p quality.

    What's the best course of action here?
