Hi can someone help me?

Do I need to take it to a service center? I've checked other forums but I need other responses. Because even when in the bios the screen still flickers, but when browsing or normal use it doesn't happen.

Only happens when booting and playing games. I already low the refresh rate to 60hz and change power mode to best performance settings.

I have updated the latest drivers from Intel and Nvidia. Is this a loose display connector cable problem or something?

The flickering happening on your PHN16-71 laptop is because and from the Intel graphics driver, install the oem Acer provided initial Inte driver version: 31.0.101.4146 and then install this drive as a Custom Install > Clean Install so that all previous drivers will be deleted as afterwards windows update will update the Intel graphics to the appropriate and latest Intel driver for your PHN16-71 laptop, as that will fix this flickering problem up.

Note: Do NOT use the Intel® Driver & Support Assistant software or any of the latest Intel graphics to update drivers for this laptop, as all new drivers will cause the flickering. Good luck and hope this helps you out.
