I recently bought Acer nitro v15 with i713620h and rtx4050, I am randomly getting BSOD (once or twice a week) first I only got it when I press shutdown button now it randomly pops up is it one of the faulty intel processors and should I be worried about it as it has less freq. of occurring (and yes I ran ram test and sfc/scannow)

    Welcome @Saadsarfraz,

    Try to provide more details about the BSODs (screenshots) that are occurring on your Nitro V15.

    This isn't normal for a new laptop, and considering that you have already performed some tests. I recommend contacting Acer Technical Support in your country and requesting a repair / replacement (RMA) of the device:

    Conclusion

    5 crash dumps have been found and analyzed. A third party driver has been identified to be causing system crashes on your computer. It is strongly suggested that you check for updates for these drivers on their company websites. Click on the links below to search with Google for updates for these drivers:

    vgk.sys (Vanguard kernel-mode driver., Riot Games, Inc.)

    If no updates for these drivers are available, try searching with Google on the names of these drivers in combination with the errors that have been reported for these drivers. Include the brand and model name of your computer as well in the query. This often yields interesting results from discussions on the web by users who have been experiencing similar problems.

    Read the suggestions displayed in the bugcheck analysis above.

    Note that it's not always possible to state with certainty whether a reported driver is responsible for crashing your system or that the root cause is in another module. Nonetheless it's suggested you look for updates for the products that these drivers belong to and regularly visit Windows update or enable automatic updates for Windows. In case a piece of malfunctioning hardware is causing trouble, a search with Google on the bug check errors together with the model name and brand of your computer may help you investigate this further.
    The analysis process took 0:00:19 (h:mm:ss)
    please tell me what to do as this is my new laptop and i dont want to send it to the country where i bought this from

    thanks.

    @Saadsarfraz,

    It is well known that Windows 11 24H2 + Security Easy Anti-Cheat software can stop responding and receive a BSOD. So, I recommend that you keep using version 23H2, until MSFT and/or Riot release new updates with a fix for this problem:

    Try reinstall Riot Vanguard:

    Uninstalling and Disabling Riot Vanguard

    Install all the latest Windows 11 updates available for version 23H2:

    https://support.microsoft.com/pt-br/topic/november-12-2024-kb5046633-os-builds-22621-4460-and-22631-4460-6ff7b117-cd80-471a-a9ac-48a794bda2d6

    You can also turn off temporarily Windows Memory Integrity feature, and see if it is causing these conflict issues (MEMORY_MANAGEMENT):
