I am using Windows 11 and when I try to connect to the 2.4g wifi network, it connects but after a while the network I am connected to suddenly disappears. There is no problem with my phone connection to the wifi network. I have the same problem when I try to connect to any wifi network outside of my own internet. I do not have any problems with the 5G wifi network in my house, only 2.4G wifi networks have this problem. My drivers are up to date, I even formatted, but the problem still persists.

Hi, paste this in the command prompt: ping -n 10 community.acer.com if that shows >10% lost packages and Ping >100ms average you have high latency (poor internet). You can't compare Android cellular Wi-Fi like tablets or iPhones with Windows, not related. 90% of all Wi-Fi issues are caused by outdated routers, poor services (complain to your ISP) and pre-postpaid Internet plans (capped), only 10% to the network adapter unless you have been trying to tweak your Wi-Fi with all sorts of NIC commands, reset your Windows adapter:

hi, I'm sorry to see you late. The wifi problem did not exist when I just bought the laptop, I have been having this problem for the last few months. I even put the format on the computer a few times, reset the Internet, but the problem was not solved in any way. It is thought-provoking that the problem that did not exist at first suddenly appeared.

hi, I'm sorry to see you late. I tried the command and I'm leaving the result as a file Oct. The problem did not exist when I just bought the laptop, I have been having this problem for the last few months. I even put the format on the computer a few times, reset the Internet, but the problem was not solved in any way. It is thought-provoking that the problem that did not exist at first suddenly appeared. Could this error be happening due to a software problem? Different brand gaming laptop can connect to the 2.4ghz wifi network that I can't connect to without problems.
