Swift Go 14 Keyboard Keys Not Working/Delayed

Hi, some of my Swift Go 14 keyboard keys have stopped working, but sometimes it still shows the input if I press it. And it is particular keys that don't work: esc button, F3, F5, F6, F10, F11, and button number 6. Those keys that I can identifyw.

A couple weeks ago I felt there were some issues with my brightness adjustment buttons (F5 & F6), but I just think it might be a driver problem since I updated everything regularly. It might be a hardware problem since the vent is on the top, and I did change into performance mode in AcerSense sometimes so the laptop fan runs faster and the top becomes quite hot.

Is there a way to fix this problem? or maybe test if it is not the hardware that causes the issue?

To check if this is hardware or a driver issue try to connect a USB external KB or OSK, if the keyboard works (Fn keys) in BIOS that could indicate a software problem.

I recommend bringing the Swift to Acer Services in your country to check the keyboard.

The matrix of keys that are acting up don't match any of the keyboard matrices that I'm aware of, typically they are groups of four with vertical as well as horizontal components, so something like F1, W, F, B might be caused by issues with the membranes. A horizontal row, or close to horizontal, as you describe is more likely to be a mechanical issue I believe. Can you see anything that might be flexing the case along that row?
