The Solution for the issue of Predator Sense not appearing and not working on Predator Helios Neo 16

After more than 5 months of Predator Sense not functioning and the interface not appearing

at all, and after trying all unsuccessful methods—including even reformatting the laptop—I finally found the solution. It was located in the main folder that came with the disk included with the laptop.

You simply need to install the APPX file, marked in blue, and Predator Sense will work immediately.

How amazing! The control over colors, fans, and the desired mode, along with everything you need, is back for my Predator Helios Neo 16 Gaming Laptop

To avoid repeating past issues, you'll see a prompt to update the app, but my advice is: don’t update. Stick with the version that appears because it’s smooth, complete, and reliable.

I’ll try to attach the file to help thousands of users facing the same problem from getting lost in endless, ineffective solutions.

Is this the partition recovery media folder that originally came with the computer? For context, I have an Acer Predator Helios 16 PH16-71, and I’m currently dealing with the "MUI_OPERATION_UNDEFINED" issue. If possible, could you provide a download link to the entire folder you showed in your screenshot?

Well, welcome friend. This is a ZIP file containing the entire required folder. I wish you success.
But first, try restarting your computer, then closing "PredatorSense" program and everything related to it. You'll find them when you open Task Manager to terminate the program. There may be may be 4 applications with the same name.

Then, install the remaining applications in the folder (some of which may already be installed). It doesn't matter. The important thing is to install them all. Finally, install the file we mentioned, the important file.

For the circuits related to calculating temperature, speed, etc. for the graphics card processor, there must be something open related to the operation of the graphics card, such as a montage program, a game, or something else. If there is nothing, the circuits related to the graphics card will appear as nothing or two lines next to each other.

the real problem with this issue is that my cpu significantly overheats because my computer is locked into balanced mode or silent mode, it feels like holding a stove and my performance is not something to be proud of, i get around 70 fps in apex legends with the lowest settings when im supposed to be getting over 200 but the cpu becomes so hot that it crashes and the entire computer dies

unfortunately suleiman the files did not repair my helios predator, if anyone has a fix for this i would gladly accept help. (MUI_OPERATION_UNDEFINED) and remember i have tried everything, yes i have tried the msconfig and the fast startup and the reinstalls and everything but i simply cannot and will not reinstall windows because i have thousands of crucial files on my computer that is such a time consuming task to download and figure out again, another thing is that the computer is hard locked into balanced mode….. which clearly limits the cpu and gpu, it is just very sad acer that i have bought a beast from you but i cant use it because of a software error that i have spent nearly 3 weeks to troubleshoot but nothing is working.

omg i fixed it, all i had to do was deleting the configuration that was placed in my other microsoft user folder and voila it fixed it, because i switched windows accounts but when i deleted the other account folders it worked
