Try the power cycle procedure: Turn off the laptop, disconnect the charger, and hold the power button for 15 seconds.

Please remember to include @AnhEZ28 when you want to reply back to my comment so that I can check your response.
Thank you and have a nice day!

If the Wi-Fi doesn't appear in Device Manager then you need to reinstall the driver again. First you need to know the exact V16 model laptop that you have, turn the laptop bottom up and on the underside on your Nitro V16 laptop there a number something like this ANV16-41 or similar, that is what your laptop is identified by (not the model number that is also written there) this is a black sticker that is stuck on the underside of the laptop, use that number and go to the Acer support page and get the WLAN driver for this laptop and install the oem driver, this should make the WLAN work, if it doesn't, then your card is faulty and needs replacing.

If you can see the WLAN card in Device manager but the Wi-Fi doesn't work then refresh the driver by doing this:

Go to > Device Manager > Network adapters > select the whichever Wi-Fi Card your laptop has > right click the card Properties > Driver > Update Driver > Browse my computer for drivers > Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer > and then pick the latest Wi-Fi driver that is in that list, and reinstall that driver, as afterwards your Wi-Fi should work. Good luck and hope this helps you out.

To resolve the issue with your Acer Nitro V16 losing Wi-Fi connections after booting, start by restarting your router to ensure it's working properly. Check your laptop's wireless hardware to see if it detects any networks. Make sure your wireless drivers are up to date by visiting the Acer support page and downloading the latest versions. Run the built-in network troubleshooter in Windows to identify and fix any connection issues. If you have antivirus software or other programs that might interfere with your Wi-Fi, temporarily disable them to see if the issue is resolved. Finally, check the power management settings to ensure your Wi-Fi isn't being turned off to save power.
