When the problem started, I started looking for possible solutions.
Firstly, as seen in the image, the bios does not recognize the hdd, or in this case the emmc. Indicates "none".
The first thing that occurred to me was to reinstall Windows again, but it won't let me. Since when loading the USB, it does not load the installation interface and remains loading. Besides, it would still not recognize the disk. I had found possible solutions with the "legacy boot" mode in the bios, but as can be seen in the images, it does not appear either.
The last thing that occurred to me was to start on a USB, in "windows to go" mode. In this way I was able to start an instance of Windows, the problem was that I did not have contact and recognition of the disk that is present on the computer in order to find a solution.
Any ideas? Believe me, I have tried everything. Now I truly believe that it is a hardware problem, that is, the emmc present in the computer.
