no bootable device- In bios says hdd1: PCIe NVMe ssd doesn’t support password Aspire F5-573 series

i bought a new ssd for my laptop and i put old ssd out and put new one in. Now when i boot up my laptop it says no bootable device and in the bios it says hdd1: PCIe NVMe ssd doesn’t support password. my laptop doesn’t have a hard drive it only has and had ssd.

    The new SSD does not have Windows installed yet. Put the old SSD back in and create a Windows installation into a USB.

    After creating a Windows installation USB, replace the new SSD back, boot into the USB, and follow the procedure to install Windows onto that SSD.
