Keyboard issues on Swift Go 16, Is there any way to fix this problem?

I've recently bought a Swift Go 16, and since then I've discovered a couple of issues with the keyboard. One is that the @ symbol, which should be typed when one presses Shift plus 2, only appears when I press Shift plus ", and vice versa. Another is that the # symbol which should be typed when one presses Shift plus 3, is replaced by the £ symbol. I've discovered that I can type # by pressing Alt plus 35, but I find it inconvenient that the keyboard seems to have these faults, and there may be others that I haven't yet discovered. Is there any way to fix this problem?

Hi, you have to change the language of your keyboard in Windows 11 from European to English-US:

It seems like your Acer Swift Go 16 is set to a different keyboard layout. To fix this, go to Settings > Time & Language > Language > Keyboard, and ensure the correct keyboard layout, such as US English, is selected. Updating your keyboard drivers through Device Manager can also help. Additionally, resetting the keyboard settings in the same Language & Keyboard settings section might resolve the issue. As a temporary solution, you can use the on-screen keyboard to type the symbols you need.
