This laptop memory can’t be upgraded as its got either 4GB / 8GB / 16GB of onboard LPDDR4X system memory and the cpu can’t be upgraded also. The only thing that you can upgrade is this laptops M.2 SSD to a faster PCIe Gen3 8 Gb/s up to 4 lanes, NVMe like a Samsung 970 EVO Plus NVMe that will give you quicker drive speed.
