I have an acer aspire a514-54g, 10th gen i7.
The fan sometimes just jumpstarts so i know that is not the fan what is broken.

I measure the cpu temperature with monitoring tools like Coretemp and Argus. They both measure the same temperature. (the picture is from Argus monitor while idle)

According to this community awnser from JackE in 2021 the fan should be running at full speed.

The idle temperature is also around the 80°

I have the bios version V1.22 installed. And yes i have windows 11.

I already cleaned the fan and reapplied thermal paste but to no use.

So, does anyone have any suggestions what to do now?
