Dolby and Audio driver

Hi!

I actually have an Acer M3, a new one only 2 months.

With the speaker the sound is normal. If use the headphone, the sound is off after 10 secondes, then I have to unplug and plug again the jack headphone, the sound is on but get off after 10 secondes again.

Acer technician ask me to update the sound driver, same problem after update driver sound.

By myself I remove driver sound and Dolby, and re install only the driver sound, the sound by headphone is ok, no problem  after long moment with the headphone even with external speaker via jack and internal speaker.

Sound with Dolby is very good, I re install Dolby Home theater, then the problem of the sound with headphone came again, no sound after 10 secondes.

 

Is there a problem with Dolby and the sound driver ????

Is there from Acer a good driver or a new update without conflict with the Dolby application....... ????
