Hello, I bought an ACER CB 2 series (second hand from someone). When I plugged in my laptop before purchasing, the screen display worked. Now, I'm at home and the screen keeps blinking on and off like a glitch with ACER. It won't connect to my laptop. I'm using a USB port. Do I need a different cable or USC. Can anyone give me any insights please?

    Hi orange430,

    Method 1:

The first step I would suggest is that you check the cable plugged into the monitor and the power socket and ensure it fixed tight. Sometimes loose connections can cause this problem.

    Method 2:

If you are using Windows Vista or Windows 7 then visit the link and follow the steps provided in the article to update the drivers for the Display adapter. Driver corruption could lead to this problem, update the drivers and check if it helps.

Update a driver for hardware that isn't working properly

    Method 3:

Refer the link and follow the steps from this Knowledge base article.

    Correct monitor flicker (refresh rate)

Try the above method and check. Hope it helps.
