Acer Swift Go 14 SFG14-42 any way to reduce brightness on U and J keys?

Hey all, I just bought an acet swift go 14 but the backlight on the U and J keys is… beyond bright. It's not just uneven it's distracting and makes it harder to see the other keys. Is this normal? Is it something they all have or do I need to send it in for repair? The picture makes it look better than it is, I'd say the U and J keys are about 5-10x as bright as any of the others.

Thanks!

Check Power Options: Go to Control Panel > System and Security > Power Options and check that your power options aren't affecting the brightness on your screen.

It's the keyboard not the screen that's too bright, specifically the U and J keys as shown in the pic.

I wonder if key highlighting is a feature of the back lit keyboards they are using? If so I would expect one of the utilities shipped with them would allow changing the behavior. Try Acer Sense or Acer Care Center to see if they have anything like that.

I'm pretty sure it's just a fault, I'm not sure why the U key alone would be brightest. There doesn't seem to be a way to change the brightness of a single key.
