I don't recommend Acer Care Center as it does not run well in Windows11 (hangs), interferes with Windows updater app (WAU) and consumes unnecessary resources (RAM and Networking) as it runs constantly at the background, you don't need it, considered as bloatware by many users. Also never use 80% battery charge limiters as these cause power problems in Windows. You can disable accSVC and accAgentSVC in Windows Services but completely uninstalling Acer Care Center is very difficult as Windows keeps reinstalling it. Best to disable it also in Device Manager-Software Components, but don't uninstall as Windows will reinstall the device when you Update. If you want to remove ACC completely you will have to edit the registry but don't use driver uninstaller bloatware like REVO as that makes things worse (will add unwanted keys to your registry).

I found that I can install it so I will take this advice and turn off my battery limiting as I use it thinking that will save my battery, but many thanks.
