Missing USB 3.2 ports and type-C charging specs don't match on Acer Aspire A325-42

Hallo!

The spec online claims that this new laptop has these:

2 x USB 3.2 Port, 1 x USB 2.0 Port, 2 x USB Type-C Port

However, I'm shocked to find this today in my HWiNFO64:

Motherboard Model: Acer Aspire A325-42
Motherboard Chipset: AMD Promontory/Bixby FCH
Motherboard Slots: 1xPCI Express x1, 1xPCI Express x8
PCI Express Version Supported: v3.0
USB Version Supported: v3.1

I'm feeling quite bad about this because the reason why I purchased;

7730u, 16GB DDR4 3200, 1TB x4 NVME and USB3.2

I already knew that I didn't have Type C charging port but I'm feeling bad because of the missing 3.2 ports as mentioned on the product URL.

There is already a slight disappointment for me w.r.t the DDR4 which is installed as single channel. I'll make a separate thread about this later.

I bought my first ever Acer product way back in 2009 (Extensa 4630z) but this purchase experience is leaving me in a bad taste because of a few things.

Why would the manufacturer mislead in this manner?
