Predator Helios 300 PH315-53 not booting (black screen)

As the title says, I've got a Predator Helios 300 PH315-53: it turns electrically on, the kb lightens up and stays on, the fan spin for a moment and then they stop but the PC stays on.

Apart from this, no other vital signs: no signal on screen, no beeps, nothing.
The Power and battery LED turn on blue. If I keep it on without the PSU, the battery starts discharging and it correctly charges when the PSU is reconnected (LED becomes orange, then blue again once charged).

I've alredy tried unplugged anything I could: RAM, SDD, HDD, Battery, CMOS battery:
no changes, it stays on, kb on, with no other vital signs.

Plugging an external screen either via HDMI or via DP, doesn't change anything.
Any idea? I've been considering replacing the CMOS battery…

Hi, unlikely this is a CMOS battery issue, this laptop is 4 years old, and the main battery could be failing. Replace that first then check the RAM modules if still no screen. I assume you tried pressing the F10 key? Alternatively bring the laptop to Acer Service in your country to check the LCD cable connection and board, include the power adapter.

I tried pressing F10, I tried booting it up with the battery disconnected (PSU connected, obviously :-P), there's no picture on external monitors as well.
Regarding the RAM modules, I'm not at my usual house so don't have any spares, but I tried removing them alternatively or switching the slots (e.g. module 1 only, module 2 only, module 1 in slot 1 module 1 in slot 2 etc).
The reason why I'm thinking about the CMOS battery is that at the same time I had a power failure on another laptop (another brand) and there the CMOS was resetted, thus I was hoping that the same was happening to the Predator.

As for the main battery, I doubt it's the reason for failure: first of all, the laptop doesn't boot even without it but mainly because the laptop was working, I went for a coffe break, I found it turned off and when tried to turn it on, it was failing. So I doubt the battery would fail so abruptly, without any previous signs…
