My Nitro ANV15-51 was having a few issues, forcing me to uninstall NitroSense. When I tried to install it again, I searched my SNID at https://www.acer.com/br-pt/support/drivers-and-manuals and installed the latest version (4.5.975_20230809). Yet, when I executed the setup, it uninstalled the previous version and installed the indicated later. However, when I search it on my PC, nothing shows up, as it hasn't installed anything. What could be happening and how do I do to have access to NitroSense again?3

To resolve your NitroSense installation issues, start by completely uninstalling NitroSense and any related services using the Control Panel or a tool like Revo Uninstaller to remove leftover files. Then, download the latest NitroSense version from the Acer support website that matches your laptop model. Once downloaded, extract the folder and install the APPXBUNDLE file first. Afterward, run the Setup.exe file in the same folder. Additionally, you can open Command Prompt as Administrator, type lodctr /R, press Enter and restart your laptop.

If you're having trouble opening NitroSense on your Acer Nitro V15 laptop, there could be several reasons for this issue. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve the problem:

    1. Check if NitroSense is Installed:
      • Make sure that NitroSense is installed on your laptop. Sometimes, it might not be pre-installed, and you may need to download it from the official Acer website.
    2. Update NitroSense:
      • Ensure that you have the latest version of NitroSense installed. Outdated versions might have bugs or compatibility issues.
    3. Restart Your Laptop:
      • Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve software glitches. Restart your laptop and try opening NitroSense again.
    4. Shortcut Key:
      • In some Acer laptops, there is a dedicated shortcut key to launch NitroSense. Check your laptop's manual or look for any keyboard shortcuts related to NitroSense.
    5. Check for Updates:
      • Make sure that your operating system is up to date. Sometimes, system updates can affect the functionality of certain applications.
    6. Reinstall NitroSense:
      • If the problem persists, try uninstalling NitroSense and then reinstalling it. This can fix any corrupted files or settings.
    7. Run as Administrator:
      • Right-click on the NitroSense shortcut or executable file and choose "Run as Administrator." This can sometimes bypass permission issues.
    8. Antivirus or Security Software:
      • Your antivirus or security software might be blocking NitroSense. Check your security software settings and ensure that NitroSense is allowed.

Remember that specific details may vary based on your laptop model and the version of NitroSense you are using. Always refer to the official documentation or support channels for accurate and model-specific information.
