It's a acer aspire laptop.
Aspire A715-51G model, i5 12th gen, Nvidia 1650 graphic.

When I turned on my Bluetooth, it's logo disappeared. then I check my system and updated the drivers and win11 updates. Now everything is up to date.

But now I'm facing the issue of my Bluetooth is not working. When I check its driver properties, in the device status section it shows " This device is working properly " but after few secs it changes to " Currently, this hardware device is not connected to the computer. (Code 45). To fix this problem, reconnect this hardware device to the computer". And it keeps changing in few second of interval.

My Wi-Fi is working fine without any issues.

Any help will be appreciated.

    Hi @Aashudip,

    Good Day,

To address the Code 45 error, It can be multiple causes for this error code and so please try the below troubleshooting steps to narrow down the issue.

    **Shutdown your computer
Unplug the power cable from the laptop for 30 minutes, then plug it in again and turn on.

**Please try to turn off Fast startup
Press Start then search Control panel
Under View by > select Small icons
    Select Power Options
On the left side, click "Choose what power buttons do"
Click "Change settings that are currently unavailable"
Under Shutdown settings > Turn off fast startup
Power off the system then pull the power cable from the laptop, wait for 15 minutes.
    Power back on.

Confirm the issue is fixed. In the meantime also please ensure that the drivers of your bluetooth devices that you are trying to connect to this system is upto date. If not please updated too to the latest and try again.

I appreciate your help, but it's not working.

my drivers are up to date.
    win11 is up to date.
I've tried different methods to resolve this issue but nothing worked so I end up here.

Basically I installed every new driver update that is available by the acer in the driver page of my product.
Now I got new issue which is my microphone is not taking any audio input while speakers are working fine I guess the latest drivers are causing issues.

Well if you know how to uninstall all the previous drivers, I would like to know how to do it. I'm thinking to remove the latest drivers and re install my previous drivers that were working. Thank you.

Rollback doesn't shows up every time. So I did some search and found this tool that will show every driver and can help removing them.

What's your opinion, it's ok to use or not?
