Dear Customer Support Team,

I purchased a laptop on 24th October, and I am experiencing an issue with it. The laptop's fan makes a loud noise even during basic tasks, which is unusual for a new device.

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue, or let me know if there are any troubleshooting steps I should try? If necessary, I would like to discuss options for repair or replacement.

Hi, the Acer Aspire 3 A325-42 is primarily marketed and supported in India, you have to contact Acer Partner support in India, we have no information on this model: https://apn.acer.co.in/Product/Drivers.aspx

Well sadly the cooling system is worse thats why temp° is unstable and if you watch temp in openhwmonitor than you will se even during basic tasks your cpu temp is reachinig 95°C thats why fan runs at 100% .

Solution is to run laptop on power saver mode so cpu under-clocks and won't heat.

    Clean the air vent

If your laptop is still loud or the fan is constantly running, you should also check the air vents for dust, which might clog your device. To do so, aim a can of compressed air toward your laptop's fan vents at an angle, taking care not to spray air directly inside your machine.
