I just bought a laptop 1 week ago and when I play games I have the following signs.

I want to know the safe temperature when playing heavy games on my laptop acer predator Helios neo 16 i5 RTX 4060. When I play, I feel the middle of the keyboard is very hot. Although the CPU is only running at 5%, the temperature is still over 80°C. The GPU VRAM temperature is over 90°C. The RPL Compass_RTX temperature sometimes exceeds 75°C. When I play, I also hear a beep sound in the middle of the two fans. I don't know if it's broken or has a short circuit. PUBG runs smoothly on maximum settings, but now it's hot as I reported above.

Please give me advice!
Many thanks

    Welcome @DakLoc,

Please, tell us the model (full name) of your Predator laptop.

In the case of the PHN16-7X series, the topic below contains a reference table that can help you identify the safe temperatures for CPU / GPU of the your system:

Try to improve the cooling of your laptop by installing a good quality base cooler (ie: IETS GT300).

If temperatures remain above 90 °C during your games, I think it's worth replacing the thermal paste/thermal pads with a compound with good conductivity.
