    Hi, check this guide:

Check in Task Manager-Processes-Background what is running at the background, if more than 80 apps you need to uninstall programs you don't really need, don't play with the battery only, keep the power adapter plugged in and don't use a USB-C charger, make sure the battery is fully charged to 100% as your system is probably throttled, turn off syncing in Windows and don't use 3rd-party browsers/virus checkers as these apps upload to Cloud.

Just some additional and simplified information for you, make sure that you have the latest Win-11 24H2 version and its updated to OS build 26100.216 OS installed, as this update improves fps, response times and overall functionality of the OS and also installs all the latest drivers, also install this desktops last bios v1.04 and install the NVidia GeForce Experience software for the NVidia gpu drivers future updates and for best game settings.

Also, as I'm sure the oem cpu cooler runs hot, I suggest that you upgrade the oem cpu cooler to the Noctua NH-U12A chromax.black (which allot of community members have done with great cpu temp reduction results) and increase fps considerably in gaming. If you haven't done all this, your desktop is not performing to its best potential performance . Good luck and hope this helps you out some more.

Check also if the firmware UEFI of your Predator's PO7-655 is updated with the latest available version (1.04):

Yes, definitely look at your CPU temperatures. When you get too hot the system will throttle and everything will slow down. Also verify if you still have the trial anti-virus installed that came with. If so remove that and use either the default Defender that comes with Windows or a licenses AV you purchased. The trials are real resource hogs…
